Provide technical guidance on SAP architecture, landscape design, and infrastructure optimization.
Administer and maintain SAP environments, including S/4HANA systems and SAP HANA databases.
Perform installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations of SAP systems.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of SAP platforms.
Support and coordinate the resolution of incidents and critical escalations, collaborating with SAP support and internal technical teams.
Participate in SAP release cycles, maintenance windows, and system lifecycle management activities.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, implementing improvements where necessary.
Support integration between SAP systems and external SaaS platforms.
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Provide ongoing technical support and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
Review and manage SAP account landscapes as complexity or usage increases.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA landscapes
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and operations
Solid experience performing SAP upgrades and migrations, including OS/DB migration projects
Experience supporting enterprise SAP environments with high availability and critical workloads
Experience working with SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
At least 2 years of experience working with cloud environments or cloud-based SAP landscapes
Experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with hybrid architectures involving on-premise and cloud SAP deployments
Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as SAP Ariba, Salesforce, or SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) with SAP environments is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in critical production environments
