Provide senior analytical leadership to optimize the bank’s centralized marketing decisioning engine and drive customer and business outcomes.
Improve the quality, performance, and stability of self learning models by developing analyses and business cases while partnering closely with data science teams and key business stakeholders.
Shape and govern decision inputs, including algorithm refinement, value frameworks, propensity models, constraints, and business rules, while incorporating enterprise and channel context and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, customer, or decision analytics (preferably in financial services), with demonstrated career growth, strong results orientation, and increasing ownership of complex analytical problems – Pegasystems CDH experience is advantageous.
Success in this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, effective cross functional collaboration, and the ability to translate model driven decisions into clear business and customer impact.
Experience in coding languages Python & SQL, strong understanding of modeling and model development.
