About this role
Role Overview
- Supplier Management: Contact vendors, manage delivery dates, and resolve delivery issues.
- Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring stock levels, maintain records, and ensure adequate supplies.
- Documentation: Reconcile packing slips with orders, handle correspondence, and maintain purchasing records.
- Research & Analysis: Reach out to vendors for quotes, and sourcing new suppliers/products.
- Other job duties as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Familiarity with purchasing/inventory management
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP, D365 and/or MRP software
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment encompassing company growth and change
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
