Develop detailed project plans for process improvements, equipment installations, and production line upgrades
Coordinate with engineering to ensure seamless implementation
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external partners
Serve as the primary point of contact between plant leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Provide regular updates on project milestones and resolve issues promptly
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control
Schedule and allocate resources effectively to minimize production disruptions
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and compliance records
Prepare post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and future improvements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
PMP or CAPM certification, preferred
Valid Driver’s License
