Call Center Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Answer inbound sales calls and provide a top-notch customer experience
• Convert inbound calls into sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and autoshipments
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven sales experience or a strong, demonstrated eagerness to sell and close leads
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable
• Basic computer proficiency
• Mandatory Scheduling Availability: Must be available to work 3 out of 4 days between Friday and Monday.
• Must be available to work at least 1 out of 3 days between Tuesday and Thursday.
