BT/RBT Hiring Event

Role Overview

• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings including our Centers, homes and/or schools
• Follow the behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client
• Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBAs to track and report client progress
• Utilize approved behavior reduction techniques to address challenging behaviors
• Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills
• Provide training and support to parents/caregivers
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis
• Maintain open communication with BCBAs, parents, and other team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Must meet all BACB eligibility requirements to obtain RBT certification
• Ability to pass the required RBT certification exam within the training period
• Must obtain and maintain required RBT certification through the BACB
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
