Role Overview

• Work collaboratively within a team of experienced Advisory consultants
• Deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems
• Participate in client needs analysis and engagement planning
• Analyze and interpret data for recommendations
• Draft deliverables for various audiences
• Oversee work of Analysts during engagement delivery
• Participate actively in practice development activities

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience
• Awareness of market trends and key competitor’s activities
• Negotiation skills and effective approaches to closing the sale
• Client and healthcare industry understanding
• Risk management practices awareness
• Statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, Matlab)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Tableau proficiency
• Lean Process Improvement
• Six Sigma Green/Black belt
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
