play a key role in delivering electrical engineering expertise across both Greenfield and Brownfield projects
responsible for designing and reviewing electrical systems for capital works and operational projects
developing and managing project documentation, estimates, schedules, contracts, and RFIs across all phases of capital works
coordinating closely with Operations and other disciplines
managing contractors and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and site safety requirements
providing technical support to maintenance teams for troubleshooting and reliability improvements
driving project execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring safe and cost effective outcomes

degree qualified Electrical Engineer
3–5 years of experience with heavy industry experience, ideally within mining or large scale industrial projects
strong technical knowledge in electrical design, power distribution, and protection systems
experience managing projects and contractors from concept to commissioning
familiarity with mining electrical infrastructure such as substations, MCCs, VSDs, and instrumentation
strong analytical skills
excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
experience with control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA)
knowledge of Australian Standards will be highly regarded
