Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and inform content strategy decisions.
Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization.
Collaborate closely with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure all digital assets are fully optimized for search engines without compromising user experience.
Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through strategic link-building campaigns, digital PR, and outreach initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz — translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Stay current with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and emerging trends to proactively adapt strategies.
Optimize local SEO presence for relevant markets, including Google Business Profile management and local citation building.
Support paid search and content marketing teams with SEO insights to ensure a cohesive, integrated digital marketing approach.
Develop and maintain SEO documentation, guidelines, and training materials for internal teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience with a strong portfolio of measurable results (increased rankings, traffic growth, improved conversion rates).
Deep expertise in both on-page and technical SEO, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Proficiency with industry-leading SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and/or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving SERP features (featured snippets, People Also Ask, etc.).
Demonstrated experience conducting keyword research and translating findings into actionable content and optimization strategies.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
