Business Analyst, GID Operational Excellence

Role Overview

• Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions
• Analyze, transform, and resolve business problems through data-driven and technology-enabled solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable tooling platforms that support operational excellence across global construction
• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives to inform infrastructure strategy, investment prioritization, and operational excellence

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working on large, complex datasets
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology-related discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), with additional capability in SQL and R
• Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, experimental design, and quantitative analysis
