Providing solutions and developments according to operation and business needs by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation
Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports

University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background
Minimum 3 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Being comfortable with working full time at warehouse
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills
Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn
Excellent at Excel and SQL knowledge
Experienced in lean production and continuous improvement concepts
