Lead the technical onboarding of new clients, working closely with the client’s technical teams to understand their processes, systems, and integration requirements.
Responsible for translating client requirements into scalable technical solutions on top of our platform.
Design solutions that balance client needs with our platform standards, ensuring integrations are robust, reusable, and scalable.
Work closely with the Business Product Owner during client onboarding projects while focusing on technical discovery, solution design, and integration architecture.
Identify patterns across implementations and promote reusable approaches to strengthen the platform.
Requirements
Experience working as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or senior integration engineer in a B2B SaaS or platform-based environment.
Strong experience designing and implementing API-based integrations between SaaS platforms and client systems.
Able to understand complex client processes and translate them into clear technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and scalable platform solutions.
Comfortable working directly with client technical teams, explaining integration concepts and guiding them through the technical onboarding process.
Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
