Strong copywriting and content creation skills—most content you produce will be written, so excellent English copywriting is required.
Comfortable on camera—ideally you’re willing to appear on video (editing will be handled by others).
Learning-oriented—your primary motivation at this stage is to broaden your skill set and learn as much as possible.
Collaborative mindset—you want to work alongside and learn from people with the same mentality.
Naturally curious—you have broad interests, enjoy exploring new topics, and are open to constant exposure to new ideas.
