About this role

Responsible for providing pre and post-sale support activities including product demonstrations, organizing and conducting technical seminars and product training.
Build and strengthen strong technical relationships with customers to build and sustain Cytiva's product for design-in and spec win in customers’ end to end manufacturing processes.
Proactively identify and conduct demo and sampling activities and follow through with technical advice and experimental support.

Minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or relevant field.
Preferably in cell biology, biochemistry, regenerative medicine and immunology.
2 years’ experience in cell therapy, cell culture, and GMP manufacturing.
5 years of customer-facing applications experience within the Biotechnology industry.
Knowledge of cell therapy workflows (CAR-T, NK, iPSC, MSC, regenerative medicine) and Lipid Nanoparticles in drug delivery applications is an added advantage.
