Lead US GAAP, statutory, and tax accounting and reporting for the Netherlands and Belgium
Deliver complete, accurate, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to shareholders
Act as primary liaison with local authorities for accounting, tax, and regulatory matters
Support key financing activities such as reinvestments, dividend distributions, and capital contributions
Prepare and present board documentation including annual accounts, financial performance insights, impairment testing, restructuring updates, and CAPEX plans
Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations
Build strong, trusted partnerships with local business leaders and operational teams
Serve as the subject-matter expert for complex accounting and tax topics
Collaborate closely with Vantive Business Services and delivery partners on end-to-end finance processes
Contribute to regional and global finance initiatives—championing continuous improvement and operational excellence

A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
Significant experience in accounting or audit within a multinational and business services environment
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, Dutch GAAP, and Benelux tax regulation
Strong technical skills with reporting tools and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (JDE experience is a plus)
Fluency in Dutch and English
