You understand our customers' individual goals and help them achieve them with our solution.
You analyze usage data and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
You build outstanding product knowledge and ensure our customers are successfully represented across all sales platforms.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Development to share best practices and help prioritize new features.
You build genuine relationships — with the goal of satisfied customers who happily renew and recommend us.
Requirements
Relevant work experience (at least 3 years) in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management or a similar role — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
You have a technical background (ideally a degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science).
Strong communication and consulting skills — in German and English.
Excellent technical understanding and eagerness to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good understanding of data structures — XML and JSON are familiar to you.
Empathy, initiative and a strong sense for customer needs.
Structured working style, hands-on mentality and team spirit.
Experience with Kursnet and mein NOW is an advantage.
