Role Overview
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements by enforcing robust financial controls
- Drive compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies
- Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Drive initiatives to shorten the month-end close process
- Identify opportunities for process automation using financial technology tools
- Act as the key point of contact for onshore stakeholders regarding financial reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in RTR/General Ledger
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and general ledger management
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting and intercompany accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial automation tools
