Act as the connective tissue between Transform and all GRO functions, ensuring GTM alignment as the product scales from early adoption to broad market penetration.
Own and continuously iterate our AI/Transform positioning in BDR outreach, adapting messaging and strategy based on market feedback and perception.
Develop frameworks for AI & Transform lead generation across different sales motions (e.g., PLG vs. Enterprise), partnering with BDRs, Marketing, and Alliances to optimize pipeline creation.
Support creation of case studies, one-pagers, on-demand demos, and other collateral that equip the field and partners to tell the Transform story effectively.
Ideate, run, and measure ad-hoc strategic initiatives to optimize top-of-funnel performance across different customer segments.
Provide hands-on support to the GM on priority projects spanning GTM, sales strategy, and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
2+ Years working in consulting, banking, private equity/venture capital, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or a related field. Masters Degree is a plus.
Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
