Develop, implement, and lead the management of the PPG corporate export compliance program
Maintain a full understanding of all PPG Export Management Procedures
Drive implementation of the CEC Program
Direct, guide and supervise the Aerospace Export Compliance Team
Develop and train Aerospace export compliance function
Review existing aerospace compliance practices to identify process improvements
Structure, lead, and effectively manage Aerospace export compliance self-assessments
Manage and complete Aerospace export compliance-related assignments and projects
Lead the implementation and management of all aspects of the Aerospace Jurisdiction and Classification program
Ensure the effective implementation of the Aerospace Transaction Screening Programs
Develop an annual strategy for the Aerospace Export Compliance Program activities
Timely report any potential or suspected export control violations or concerns to Leadership.

Bachelor's degree
6+ years' experience in leading and managing Export Compliance programs
Experience leading international export compliance programs is desired
Ability to develop and enhance a comprehensive export compliance strategy
Travel of up to 20% may be required
