Web & Content Operations Manager – m/f/d

Role Overview

• Operational maintenance and management of our websites and landing pages
• Publishing, updating and structuring content (seminars, services, specialist content)
• Technical and organizational implementation of content specifications from Marketing and specialist departments
• Ensuring a clean content structure (navigation, page logic, internal linking)
• Support with technical SEO basics (structure, load times, page quality — not strategy)
• Coordination of online updates related to seminars, schedules and content
• Acting as an interface between Content/SEO, Online Seminar Management and IT/service providers
• Quality assurance of online presence (up-to-dateness, consistency, user-friendliness)
• Use of modern digital tools and AI-assisted applications for efficient content implementation

Requirements

• Experience in web content, online editorial work or digital operations
• Confident use of CMS systems (e.g., WordPress or equivalent)
• Understanding of digital content, website structures and user navigation
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English skills
• Structured, careful and reliable working style
• Strong organizational skills and a high focus on execution
• Enjoy working with marketing, specialist departments and operational teams
