Web & Content Operations Manager – m/f/d

Role Overview

• Operational management and maintenance of our websites and landing pages
• Publishing, updating and structuring content (seminars, services, specialist content)
• Technical and organizational implementation of content requirements from Marketing and business units
• Ensuring a clean content structure (navigation, page logic, internal linking)
• Support with technical SEO basics (site structure, load times, page quality – not strategy)
• Coordination of online updates related to seminars, dates and content
• Acting as liaison between Content/SEO, Online Seminar Management and IT/service providers
• Quality assurance of online presences (timeliness, consistency, user-friendliness)
• Using modern digital tools and AI-assisted applications for efficient content implementation

Requirements

• Experience in web content, online editorial work or digital operations
• Confident use of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress or comparable systems)
• Understanding of digital content, website structures and user flows
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good command of English
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational skills and a high drive for implementation
• Enjoys collaborating with Marketing, business units and operational teams
