Learning Solutions Architect

Role Overview

• Coordinates learning solutions involving instructional design, LMS team, delivery resources, and Learning & Development specialists
• Provides technical advice and guidance to junior Learning Solutions Architects, partnering with senior management to address skill gaps
• Manages Business Unit (BU) Learning Initiatives/Strategies
• Acts as primary Learning & Development (L&D) point of contact for HRBP and for Business Unit requests
• Establishes and maintains learning curricula/pathways for the supported business units
• Develops, executes, and monitors initiatives to support agreed upon business unit-level Learning & Development strategies
• Facilitates Learning Council meetings with business units
• Leverages learning metrics and analytics to provide data-driven insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field
• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in a Learning & Development organization
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with LMS such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Plateau, etc.
