Act as the technical reference for Solution Architecture within RD Saúde
Serve as the focal point for architectural decisions on strategic initiatives of high complexity and cross-cutting impact
Ensure alignment between business strategy and technical execution
Operate independently of squads, without an operational development, tech lead, or software engineering role
Design end-to-end solution architectures, considering the C4 Model
Support business, product, and engineering teams in defining technical solutions aligned with RD’s strategy
Assess architectural impacts in complex environments with significant legacy systems and high transactional volumes
Uphold strategic decisions such as: system modernization, architectural evolution, integration strategies, and build vs. buy analyses
Define, disseminate, and ensure the application of Solution Architecture patterns and guidelines, aligned with Corporate Architecture
Review and validate technical proposals from teams without taking responsibility for implementation
Participate in forums and architectural governance bodies, contributing to structural IT decisions

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Solid experience as a Solutions Architect in complex corporate environments
Practical experience with cloud environments and distributed architectures
Proven ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions
Strong technical communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
Prior experience in: Retail, Healthcare, high-scale and high-criticality environments; experience with architecture governance and participation in technical forums; cloud or architecture certifications; knowledge of LGPD and related architectural impacts
