Support the end-to-end accounting cycle within Oracle NetSuite
Manage day-to-day accounting activities: AR, AP, general ledger postings, fixed assets, accruals and deferrals
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end and quarter-end closes
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management and investors
Contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements under Italian GAAP (OIC) and/or IFRS
Support relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
Work with FP&A, Treasury, and Operations to improve accounting processes

3–5 years of experience in accounting roles
Good knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax regulations
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite (hands-on experience strongly preferred)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment
Native Italian speaker with good command of English (B2+)
