About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and optimize the delivery of Compliance-as-a-Service operations
- Manage key client relationships (Key Account Management)
- Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
- Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
- Collaborate with our advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Completed university degree (e.g., law, finance, economics, or related fields), Bachelor or higher
- Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
- In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
