Assisting in the build out of Osaic's risk management program
Completing assigned projects that enhance documentation of key risks and accompanying controls
Engaging with subject matter experts to create workflow mapping and understand key business processes in developing risk metrics and reporting to senior leadership
Meeting with business leaders, learning new processes, documenting those processes, and identifying key risks and gaps in controls
Reporting directly to the VP or Manager within the Enterprise Risk Management Department
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field required
SQL, Power BI, or other similar certifications in the area of data analytics preferred
At least 1 year of previous work experience
Basic knowledge of financial services industry trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations and trendsetters
Demonstrates the ability to listen attentively, understand others’ perspectives, ask clarifying questions when appropriate, and avoid interrupting during discussions
Maintains openness to change, whether positive or negative, and adjusts effectively to a diverse and evolving work environment
