About this role
Role Overview
Field inbound leads through website, webinars, trade shows
Lead outreach and nurturing to assigned market
Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating
Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization.
Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, scripts, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Conduct phone and web-based sales presentations and product demos
Use Salesforce to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Proactively manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle.
Travel to represent Smartwaiver and industry tradeshows (2-3 times per year)
Requirements
2–3 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, B2B preferred.
Demonstrated success in a mixed inbound and outbound sales motion, including proactive cold prospecting.
Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound outreach in addition to converting inbound or trial-based leads.
Strong ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience operating in a high-velocity sales environment where speed-to-lead and responsiveness impact results.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance inbound demand and outbound pipeline creation.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
