About this role

This is a remote position.
Join the team while their analyst is on maternity leave.
Initiate, Plan, Control, Execute, and Close project deliverables following company-prescribed process.
Participate in implementation/enhancement projects for Salesforce using Agile methodologies.
Partner with process owners and business users on requirements and practices.
Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle from requirements to go-live.
Gather and document user stories using interviews, requirements workshops, and business process flows.
Provide knowledge and guidance towards solution design on the Salesforce platform.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience required
Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce project experience required
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred
5 years of experience with Project Tracking software such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
Experience with DevSecOps principles
Experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services
