About this role

Drive clinical conversations with stakeholders and facilitate establishing technological supremacy for our therapies in the Capital Business segment
Work in strong collaboration with Capital Business Sales Team members, Country business and Leadership teams to identify, develop and close out new leads
Drive strong product promotion, facilitate demos, prepare compelling commercial proposals and stay abreast with market needs and changing dynamics of selling capital units
Step in once the lead for Hugo sales is identified and follow through till closure/commercial discussions initiation
Develop and/or implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
Intercept, comprehend and respond to competitive forces as appropriate – brief the sales team about it

Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years’ experience / Associate Degree with 8+ years’ experience / High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ experience
Knowledge in complex technologies, within medical devices
Robotics/Imaging/Surgical preferred
Stakeholder management and relationship building experience
