High English Level Required
1+ years of related experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Verbal and written communication skills in English (telephone business level)
Able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Capable of learning and retaining knowledge of product lines and company policies
