Lead and coordinate policy research, legislative analysis, and issue monitoring
Provide timely, evidence-based insights and maintain systems for horizon scanning
Supervise and support Public Affairs Analysts
Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of briefing notes, reports, presentations, and other analytical outputs
Work with internal partners to support evidence-based messaging
Monitor emerging policy, political, and reputational risks and provide early analysis and strategic advice

Minimum 5 years’ experience in public policy, advocacy, research, or government-related roles
At least 2 years’ experience managing staff, projects, or complex workstreams
Strong knowledge of Canadian public policy and government processes
Proven leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology for research, communication, and reporting; bilingual English/French considered an asset.
