Analysis and interpretation of sales, market and performance data to identify opportunities, risks and optimization potential
Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of dashboards, reports and KPI frameworks
Contributing to go-to-market strategies, territory and resource planning, and incentive models
Further development of the CRM as a central management and analytics tool, including optimization of data models, KPIs and interfaces to BI systems
Business partnering and close collaboration with Sales, BI, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance and Commercial Operations
Deriving concrete recommendations for management and operational teams
Ensuring high data quality and consistency and maintaining a single source of truth
Participating in strategic and process-optimizing Commercial Excellence initiatives and projects
Supporting forecasts, target setting and performance reviews
Requirements
You have several years of relevant professional experience (approx. 2–6+ years) in Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Finance, Consulting or a comparable environment.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Natural Sciences, Engineering, Statistics or a related field; PhD is a plus.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively across different levels, countries and departments.
Good knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel; SQL skills are a plus.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
