Conceptualize and design high-converting paid ad creatives (image & video) for social ads, display, and related channels.
Produce web, campaign, and newsletter graphics that distill and reinforce our brand identity.
Develop and maintain a consistent, performance-driven visual language across all channels.
Work closely with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives based on data.
Use modern design and AI tools (e.g., Adobe CC, Canva, Figma, Midjourney, Gemini) to increase efficiency and quality.
Optional: Create short motion designs or social videos that bring ads and content to life.

Several years of experience in e-commerce or performance design, ideally in a D2C environment or at agencies focused on paid creatives.
Strong knowledge of sales-psychology-driven design (hooks, visual hierarchy, CTAs, audience understanding).
A balance of creativity and strategy — you understand how design impacts behavior and which emotions drive conversions.
Confident use of common design tools and an affinity for AI-assisted design workflows.
Independent, structured working style with a desire for continuous improvement.
