Coordinate release activities across development, QA, and business teams
Ensure compliance with release governance and change management processes
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
Automate build, testing, and deployment processes
Manage version control strategies using Git-based repositories
Promote DevOps best practices to improve release quality and speed
Define environment strategy and refresh schedules
Manage sandbox provisioning and data seeding strategies
Ensure environment stability and configuration consistency
Coordinate environment usage across multiple teams
Review deployment components for dependencies and risks
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards
Manage code merge strategies and branching models
Support technical teams in resolving deployment issues
Establish release checklists and quality gates
Track risks, dependencies, and production readiness criteria
Support SIT and UAT coordination from a release perspective
Ensure audit compliance and deployment traceability
Support releases across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Coordinate deployment of configuration, custom code, integrations, and data migrations
Support FSC-specific releases involving data models and relationship structures
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during releases.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
