The Services Partner Manager – EUC Services is responsible for end to end ownership of partner delivered services within Modern Workplace Services
Ensure that external partners are effectively onboarded, governed, and enabled to deliver high quality, scalable services that meet customer, operational, and financial expectations
Act as a brand ambassador, articulating organizational value and capabilities to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Own partner onboarding, compliance, performance management, and ongoing governance
Lead partner reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support services opportunities through partner scoping and SOW development, as needed
Develop and maintain reporting on partner pipeline, active projects, utilization, and revenue
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in partner management, services delivery, program management, or operations
The ability to effectively utilize software and platforms that are commonly used in the industry to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and drive business growth
Ability to identify, create, develop, and manage high-impact sales opportunities and lead a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Ability to effectively work and collaborate within a matrix management structure, coordinating across multiple reporting lines and teams to achieve organizational objectives
Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
