Role Overview
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Maintaining operational rigor and strategic guidance
Coordinating issue response and notifying leadership as needed
Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and showcasing value
Monitoring account health for compression and churn risk signals
Requirements
6-8 years of Service Partnership, Customer Success or Account Management experience
Automotive experience is preferred
Understanding client goals, industry context, contracts, and Acxiom’s offerings
Building client relationships at a strategic level
