You will play a central role in our sales process and actively contribute to providing optimal support to our key accounts and successfully handling new project enquiries.
Supporting sales processes for key customers together with the Head of Sales, Country Manager and Key Account Managers
Pitching employee profiles (CVs) for specific project enquiries
Preparing and optimising employee profiles
Preparing and supporting public tenders
Coordinating between sales, recruiting and consultants
Conducting market and customer research to identify new project opportunities
Supporting follow-ups, offer negotiations and administrative sales tasks
Requirements
Very good German skills (fluent in spoken and written German)
Good English skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Antropic
Structured, process-oriented way of working
High attention to detail and an understanding that every detail counts in sales
Initiative and a hands-on mentality
Interest in IT, technology and consulting
Nice to have: Good Danish language skills
Initial experience in sales, staffing, recruiting or consulting
Experience with CRM systems
Understanding of public tenders
Knowledge of technical topics (embedded, software, cloud, AI)
