Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve key business objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Set up and launch new campaigns with a focus on detail, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Manage and allocate monthly and quarterly advertising budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Build, manage, and refine target audiences, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing lists.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Design and implement rigorous A/B tests for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments.
Requirements
A year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a demonstrable track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent ad copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with budget management and performance forecasting.
