Analyze QHSE performance data and support initiatives designed to improve safety, environmental, and quality performance
Conduct QHSE assessments including risk assessments, environmental aspects and impacts assessments, and operational compliance reviews
Participate in accident and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are identified, implemented, and properly documented
Evaluate operational practices against regulatory requirements and corporate QHSE standards
Support identification and monitoring of applicable local, state, and federal QHSE regulations
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Corporate QHSE Management System
Support the development and coordination of QHSE training programs
Monitor customer, regulatory, and industry QHSE requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, safety, environmental management, or a related field within transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
Experience supporting regulatory compliance programs, safety initiatives, or environmental management systems
Experience supporting or implementing QHSE management systems is preferred
Knowledge of freight forwarding, brokerage, transportation, or supply chain operations is beneficial
Professional certifications related to safety, environmental management, compliance, or auditing are a plus
