You will lead the Global Template Design for Revenue financial processes ensuring base business functional requirements are met.
You will ensure that all existing and newly defined Go to Market models are incorporated into Global Template Design
You will be a key player in the Finance Revenue Squad on Global Template and Localisation design
You will represent Finance as point of contact for Revenue in the E2E Process design
You will plan and roadmap the objectives of future capabilities to appropriate deployments
You will lead & participate in design workshops and fit gap discussions to shape the solutions
You will create & align Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and socialize with Functional Owners
You will closely partner with other Functional Leads to make cross-functional KDDs and other decisions
You will perform End to End assessment on feasibility of proposed changes
You will validate change impacts and communicate to functional teams (organizational, process, tech)
You will drive stakeholder alignment
You will coordinate SMA (Subject Matter Advisory) network
You will review/ approve design planning outputs and prioritization
You will provide input into readiness plans for the function, including deployment tasks
Requirements
A minimum of a university degree or professional qualification
5 years’ MedTech experience within a BUF / FP&A role or SC Finance Commercial Finance Business Unit experience in North America on Revenue processes – preferably across Surgery and/or EP Neuro Business Units
A solid understanding of MedTech Supply Chain, Deliver and Commercial Operations
Proven hands-on project delivery preferred
Technology focus or experience in implementing / supporting technology projects
Good knowledge of J&J systems with SAP knowledge is preferred.
