**Design Execution **
- Create design assets such as graphics, layouts, and visual elements while following brand guidelines.
**Project Support **
- Handle design tasks independently and assist with updates, resizing, and creating prototypes.
Collaboration
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and support client meeting materials.
**Workflow & R&D **
- Assist with research on current design trends, tools, and technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
**Quality & Brand **
- Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency and incorporate client feedback into revisions.
**Learning & Development **
- Seek feedback and guidance from both Lead & Senior Designers to improve skills in design principles and organic-specific tools
Requirements
Essential:
- Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a design or digital marketing role.
- Creative Suite Proficiency: Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Video & Motion Basics: Basic knowledge of After Effects and experience with video editing tools like Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- User Experience: A solid grasp of UX principles and how they apply to digital products.
Desirable:
- Organic Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of organic marketing channels including Customer Engagement, SEO, CRO and Marketplaces.
- Development Appreciation: Experience or appreciation of website development.
