Advanced skills in 3D and 2D design (e.g., SolidWorks or similar tools).
Knowledge of robust design methods such as DFMEA, DFM, and DFA.
Experience driving and coordinating cross‑organizational activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
A structured and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering on commitments.
Strong planning and coordination abilities, including breaking down complex tasks, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring progress against key milestones.
Comfortable working in environments with many interfaces, balancing technical depth with effective communication and clear decision-making.
Ability to lead technical discussions, facilitate alignment, and ensure that decisions are made based on data and engineering rationale.
Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum even in ambiguous situations.
Fluency in English is a must; Danish is a plus but not required.
