Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
8+ years of HR experience
Working knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with frontline associates and supervisors.
3+ years’ experience in a business with significant hourly workforce, ideally in a unionized environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with associates of all levels and build cross-functional relationships.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; understanding of how to develop messages for different audiences; proven experience as an effective storyteller.
Strong organizational skills; experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines.
