Role Overview
- Assist partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants;
- Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote company’s collaboration framework;
- Escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity;
- Serve as the first point of contact for partners;
- Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team;
- Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to working in AI-enhanced environments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in working cross-functionally to enhance partner relationships and business impact;
- Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;
- Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;
- Strong language skills with the ability to speak English at business level.
