Communication between Sales Dept & Operation
Implement and safeguard various ordering related policy and procedures, eg, MOQ, credit, cancellation, stock build, freight pattern, lead time, return and claim etc.
Establish and maintain the solid business relationship with the customer, collect the rolling forecast from the customer.
Maintain SOM database, actively engage in S&OP, and work with various functions within Ops to improve customer service and customer satisfaction level, along with plant costs, working capital and productivity.
To lead and train junior staff and new employees, and make them the faster to adjust to the work environment and understand the job.
To assist the manager and help to improve the working process for department, make the department better development.
Requirements
University Diploma
General understanding of customer service.
SAP experience is a MUST.
Self-motivated, analytical problem solving skills and good communication skill.
Willing to learn and develop self within the company.
