About this role

Ensure the timely and accurate setup of trading accounts in all systems
Research and resolve position differences between trading and accounting systems daily to meet SLA deadlines
Monitor emails for any account changes, and ensure the changes are made accurately and timely
Run reports to pull transaction and positions needed for class action filing on a monthly basis
Responsible for loading and removing positions for any newly on-boarded/terminated account within the trading platform
Ensure procedures and controls are followed to prevent errors and delays
Provide quality service and information to partners/clients
Provide information and answer questions for audits and risk assessments
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Attend huddles, team meetings, trainings and coaching

1-3 years of relevant experience
Basic MS – Word / Excel, Outlook knowledge
Knowledge in Accounting & Securities market/Investment products
Knowledge of Investment tools (like Bloomberg)
Background or equivalent investment industry experience in financial/fund accounting, finance, or middle/back office processing
Good communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal skills and be an effective team player.
