Manage high volumes of inbound leads and proactively follow up (40–50+ calls/day)
Convert inquiries (phone, web, email, walk-in) into scheduled tours and enrollments
Guide families through the entire enrollment journey with empathy, speed and confidence
Drive outreach strategies and community engagement to generate new leads and referrals
Communicate our educational philosophy, program options, and value clearly and enthusiastically
Overcome objections with professionalism and persistence
Attend occasional in-person events or open houses to promote brand awareness
Forecast and hit key account metrics (monthly and quarterly sales projections and goals)
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs
Identify areas for improvement and assist with projects to enhance the enrollment process
Flexibility to work adjusted hours and occasional weekends to support family inquiries and enrollment events
Requirements
2+ years in sales, inside sales or customer service (phone sales preferred)
Proven experience with lead conversion, outreach strategy, and objection handling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish-speaking) strongly encouraged to apply
