Execute and monitor cash collection and cash management routines;
Perform accounting reconciliations related to the department's operations;
Evaluate the quality and efficiency of the cash replenishment and distribution network;
Support cash planning, considering demand, costs and service levels;
Analyze variances between planned and actual results, identifying causes and proposing corrective actions;
Develop and monitor action plans;
Map, review and propose improvements to operational processes;
Work with a systems perspective, understanding the impact of decisions on the budget and financial results;
Build and track performance indicators (KPIs).

Bachelor's degree;
Experience in dynamic environments (consulting, projects, operations, planning, or analytical teams);
Experience managing or actively participating in projects and/or process improvement initiatives;
Strong analytical skills and organizational ability;
Experience with data analysis and metrics;
Advanced Excel;
Ability to manage change and multiple priorities.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM);
Experience with data tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.).
