Develop and expand BD’s portfolio within the Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) segments
Drive sales growth and market share for BD’s peripheral intervention portfolio
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and effectively promote BD's medical devices
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and market share targets
Develop and implement strategic account plans
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry
Very good command of English, enabling confident daily communication
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare market and its dynamics
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
