Act as the main point of contact for support related to the system, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution of issues while collaborating closely with customer’s personnel.
Proactively monitor all sites to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct regular preventive maintenance, system checks, updates, and backups to maintain system integrity and security, addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance through assessments and adjustments, as necessary.
Integration Support: Assist with integration efforts by deploying new sites, planning installations, configuring hardware and software, and ensuring smooth implementation of the system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or system maintenance roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers’ personnel.
Experience in military or government settings is desirable.
