Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IT systems solutions tailored to organizational needs, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Test and validate new systems and updates to ensure compatibility and performance standards are met before deployment
- Manage the deployment process, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues promptly, minimizing system downtime and maintaining operational continuity
- Create and update standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge-based articles to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing insights into technology trends and potential improvements

Requirements:
